Yes. And sometimes I wonder if part of the reason why these guys get big guts is because they simply do not spend anytime training their abdominals. I mean, out of all the bodybuilding videos I have ever watched, I think I have only seen one guy do an abdominal workout. If they would spend an hour a week working on abs and doing the vacuum, and focused on keeping their abs tight throughout the day, I think many of these guys would be able to bring that waist in much tighter than they currently have it. Maybe some of them would need to go as far as walking around with the vacuum pose 24/7, but it would be worth it. After a few months I am sure that waist would be much tighter.
