I have every confidence that you are in the know, but no one comes out of a legal issue with the government "fine". At the very least they are broke and their reputation significantly damaged.

I think that their reputation will certainly take a hit (much like others who have gotten popped by the government), but they will still be able to make money.

I've seen guys in the industry come back from similar.

pretty sure it had more to do with being on 10 grams of test + other stuff like hgh and insulin.. than it had to do with taking some creatine, sugar and caffeine supplements.
