i just did some crunches!

and i can feel it!

3 sets of 10!

not on the floor, but on my bed.

no reason not to be comfortable doing them.

i wonder if i should put my body through that workout daily or if every other day is enough. people say abs are made in the kitchen but i think theyre lying. abs needs to be built by training like any other muscle.

waist is about the same - 33,5 inches. looks pretty tiny to me, its hard to imagine how people can have a much smaller waist.

i've been adding a secret weapon - apple cider vinegar! ive tried that stuff once before, tasted awful. didnt know you were suppose to mix it with water. much easier to swallow now  :D

i started my diet on january 7th. still on it.

3 sets of 10,come on man step it up.I hate doing abs but I do 1 set of crunches I guess,I sit on end of my bed and do a crunch while loving legs up and down as well for a set of 100 and it hurts like hell.Lot harder than a crunch since you are essentially crunching from bottom and top.

That’s it.do 15s for a few days then 20s for a few days until you hit a 100 then just do 100 a night in one clip.

I can truly say I have never dieted for a week in my life. I've always been able to out work my diet. Not now. The thought of dieting makes me insane. If I want a damn cookie I will eat 4 or 5. If I want some beer I'm going to drink it. Just call me fatso.

I've been lean my whole life. I've been trying to lose 10lbs forever. I know I have to diet. Yesterday I had 4 beers and ate chips watching tv with the wife. As a consolation I know I had a hell of a leg workout prior.  Now I'm heading to the gym for a cardio day. Treadmilling it because of the rain.  Beginning  to hate how hard I work out to be 10 lbs over weight.

I was a sprinter in high school and college. I remember one season I got heavy into power lifting and drinking gain weigh shakes. Stupid youth. The coach saw me and said he has never seen me so fat. I thought I looked big and muscular. Nope, he was right I was fat. I lost the weight in two to three weeks. The beauty of youth.

They need to be "exercised", not trained.  I have lived here in South Florida for over a decade and can not tell you the number of guys that have obsessed with training abs with weight resistance.   They are muscles. They will grow.   And so many of these guys have abs that are so thick it makes their chests look small.  And for the guys that don't have much of a chest in the first place....   bigger abs gives them the HIV gut look.

The problem with natties is that if we lose 10lbs we just get smaller overall and still have visible fat.  To be cut I would have to lose 20-30lbs and would be way to scrawny.  As a young man I ate loads of food everyday, munched on sweets and drank beer at least 2 days a week and still had 6 pack abs.  Those days are long gone.

Drinking vinegar is helps alleviate heartburn.

hanging leg raises is all you really need for abs.... the upper abs always come in...they lower ones.... not so much the case -
