i wonder if i should put my body through that workout daily or if every other day is enough. people say abs are made in the kitchen but i think theyre lying. abs needs to be built by training like any other muscle.
waist is about the same - 33,5 inches. looks pretty tiny to me, its hard to imagine how people can have a much smaller waist.
i've been adding a secret weapon - apple cider vinegar! ive tried that stuff once before, tasted awful. didnt know you were suppose to mix it with water. much easier to swallow now
i started my diet on january 7th. still on it.
