Ultimately, I am not going to bemoan anyone who wants to fight and serve our country.

However, standards, rules, and regulations should not be modified to meet the needs of any one group.

If you're qualified to serve, then serve. If you fail any portion of the test, for whatever reason, and you're not fit to serve, take a walk and do not complain.

I'll co-sign on that, but with one exception.  No paying for sex changes.  Joining the military to get your transition paid for is not an option.....and with that rule, none of them will join.

I have "crazy run away train brain" as I like to call it.  Just never stops.  I see the same in him and several others.  The only thing that helps me to control things so life isn't total madness is spreadsheets.  I imagine he has one (or a Word doc) with all of the characters, and what they represent, along with some notes about post history.

There is something definitely wrong with posters that have gimmicks with gimmicks.  When you are replying to yourself to move a thread conversation, something is really off and that person is in desperate need of friendship, attention, and validation.

I don't mind females being in the military., There are many positions within the military that women can do just as they do in the civilian world. My personal opinion is the pay should match the job. For example when I was in, office administrators were getting paid the same as those who would be deployed to the field. Didn't seem all that equal to me. Also, I was in the Security Forces portion where we had females, yet those females never deployed with us but were paid the same. I just think it needs to be one or the other. If you want equal pay,do exactly what your male counterparts do. If you don't want to deploy or get the crap duty, you should be paid less.
