Spot on assessment.

I saw the trailer and got a bit pumped, but then saw Rose and lost interest.

If, in episode 8, Rey and Kylo teamed up and it was up to Luke to restore balance by defeating them, that would have been a very cool story.

But nope, they went full idiocy.

If you like Snore Awakens, then you will like this movie.  Abraham is regurgitating Return of the Jedi, just like coughed up New Hope.  The trailer looks just like a poor man's New Hope. Creativity and Abrahams don't belong in the same sentence. And those other 2 Jew hacks from Game of Thrones will wreck the Old Republic.

The plot of this Trilogy doesn't make sense.  It literally makes zero sense......and there is zero character development.  These are just objectively bad movies.  Total shit.

Rey already defeated Kylo the first time she picked up a lightsaber (with no training).  Rey and Kylo already teamed up and dispatched the big bad guy sitting in a throne (in Episode 8).  Where is the drama?

I don't care about any of these characters in the least.  I'm actually rooting for the First Order to kill them all and cut their fucking heads off.

Anakins force-ghost is fed up with the wokeness and liberals, and possesses a 6'7" beast (Marty Falcon or some other Getbigger, not Roelly, too short), makes a new helmet (red helmet with a white logo "Make the Galaxy Great Again") and goes to town with everyone!

Destroying First Order, the Rebels and builds a galactic wall around the civilized galaxy.
