Most hated food for me is lasagna,it’s the only food I will just not eat.everyone I know loves it.

This is similar to the question of what would your last meal be if you were given the death sentence.

I’d go with a ribeye steak.

That said, lasagna, made well, is excellent and certainly the signature Italian dish.

Im Italian and love lasagna but I love sausage and peppers just a little more along with a nice loaf of garlic bread

ive had ziti with ground up sausage but NEVER EVER with bacon

Steaks a little heavy for the last meal, I don't want to die fat and bloated. Might I suggest an avocado salad with a hint of vinigarette?

Maximally tasty in Fortressland.

As far as a last meal, I’d request a large pizza, an omelette and a couple of hearty, juicy burgers ... and a chocolate milkshake.

And a root beer.

Then I’d proceed to ferociously attack everyone who comes within range.
