The point is, and it's irritating as fuck, is that you have a guy that CONSTANTLY makes posts shitting on other bodybuilders, specifically Rhoden, that has admitted only wanting to train on machines because training with heavy free weight is too difficult. Now he's posting Rhodens training clip training heavy with free weight and he shits on the guy like he's actually been there. Just like with the "all drug" thing. BTW, his ROM for being that heavy wasn't too bad. Not perfect but it gets the job done as it would with anyone training that heavy, create stimulation with heavy weight and sets, you grow. No, I seriously doubt very many "naturals" are pressing as heavy as that.

Yes, there are naturals that can press those, guys that have been training seriously for a while, not claiming they or I look like Shawn or have low bf levels while doing it. average genetics with consistency
