And that's the key right there along with consistency. When I started back training hard and consistent in Feb 2017 I was 236 and training was inconsistent, working 12-14hrs 6-7 days. Not only was I heavy (but never went over 16%)
Oddly enough Joe,when I crept up to my heaviest bodyweight ever,I found that I really hadn`t put on much actual muscle tissue despite training like a complete freak with very short rest periods,heavy weight,and lots of intensity techniques.
I just looked like a semi-bloated dude who was half assed into lifting instead of a competitive bodybuilder.
I didn`t like the look,and I felt like pure shit most of the time and I was not actually all that heavy.
I have a tiny bone structure and was cursed/blessed with a pretty fast metabolism......classic ectomorph in a huge way.
