I have not trained legs in a while.I just lost care and since I don’t compete, I have no strong desire to train them.They stay pretty well conditioned with cardio.Anyone else ignore leg training?
Sucks.With that said,I train calves like crazy almost every time I train.I do a lot of cardio up and down hills and I work on ladders allday etc... So my upper legs stay strong and somewhat muscular but they are small and I could not possibly care any less.Big legs never intrigued me and I’m not a bodybuilder so it’s what ever.Also I have bad knees and hips.
To be honest, I just got lazy with training them. I was thinking about training them again, but don’t have enough care.
Legs are important for daily activities like walking. Train your legs for for functional purposes.
Do a high rep set of body weight squats every other day and it will keep them strong.Simple and not a lot of work.If you are like me and don’t care it’s plenty.
Legs get trained every Sunday.
If you don't train legs you're a lazy no work ethic poser. Your bodybuilding card is revoked. You should be banned from posting here. Anyone who benches and curls bragging about their bench but doesn't train legs is in violation of the get big by laws.
