Haven't watched the vid yet but have to admit the only time I've ever done a squat poop is when I've been caught out on a hike! Never considered balancing on the porcelain...
But while we're (literally) talking sh1t I do think it's good to monitor it in a couple of ways
1 Be aware of the 3x3 rule - you shouldn't need to go more than 3 times a day, and any longer than 3 days between movements and you are constipated and shoukd consider fiber/psyllium supplementation
2 Be aware of the classifications in the famous Bristol Stool Chart
