The toilet is a recent invention. Throughout the ages, people took dumps while in a deep squat position. Perhaps that’s why people today have such a piss poor quad development.🤔

Excellent question - this is one of those things in life you are left to work out for yourself - no Poop 101 class...

It's not that simple though... Most bodybuilders have got a touch of OCD about them if they are brutally honest, so the problem here is potential overwipe:  some theorise that haeomorrhoids are actually caused by micro-abrasions from over wiping and/or using low quality tissue, which breaks the skin and lets infections in - hello pus bubble  :-X

To avoid this problem, since using wet wipes would be turbo ghey, move to a high quality paper laced with Aloe Vera

Pro-tip:  For me, the life changing event many years ago was our first bidet...
