I was 170-lb consistently from 2007 until 2017. My thought process was: we all age. And I didn't want to be hit doubly hard dealing with both natural aging combined with temporary gear gains vanishing too...being left with only my natural gains anyway + potential side effects or even adverse and potentially permanent health consequences.
The studies on low calorie diets increasing longevity in rats also gave me pause to think.
What I hate is that no amount of diet and training can get me to look like I did in my fit picture...yet baby doses of orals gets me there in 20 days.
Yes...1/2 of 1 A50 every SECOND DAY got me in that shape in 20 days. Yet seemingly nothing can get me there training naturally...

The back double biceps picture was from 2006. I was 196-lb there [if my memory is correct, that weight was in street clothes], and that was the only real cycle I ever did: 500mg Test + 200mg EQ + 25mg Dianabol daily for the first few weeks to kick-start it.
The EQ may have been 400mg...and the Dbol may have been 15mg daily.
Other than that...a few wussy oral only cycles...I actually found Gaspari SizeOn gave me VERY good gains...IMO, on par with low dose orals. But without the additional strength gains.
Yes, I want to look like that again...but once again, it will take a few weeks of ultra low dose orals to get there. I know my body...and again, it is what it is.
