AMI has a right to protect their interests, but the wording could of been differerent, like revoked or suspended for conduct not becoming until legal court case is done. After all, this is a violent crime (a serious one at that being alleged), not a white collar crime, so action had to be taken.

A whole industry built on selling media and fart powder while ignoring what actually has to be done to compete as a pro must have the highest ethical code imaginable.

Maybe there is more evidence that has not been disclosed yet. Not sure what the standard is for proving penetration, I imagine that unless they found some genetic sample like fluid, tissue or hair, it would have to be her word vs his. Maybe they are trying to throw at him every charge they can think of to make him accept a plea deal.

There is no evidence of penetration. It’s her word against his. The charges sound really bad. But if she wanted to frame him for rape, she could insert an object or fingers into herself afterwards to make her story credible. Same as the saliva. Wiping it on her breast from her cheek.

Well the only "evidence" is that when her pussy was examined there was some indication of slight abrasion. (Which as you say, could have been done herself, or by another guy last time she had sex"). A good lawyer could easily discredit that, either with good cross-examination, or via an expert witness (eg another doctor who could indicate that such "abrasions", if they existed at all, are not conclusive of sex, let alone rape.

Another way she could have gotten is DNA, is to have given him a (consensual blowjob), and then she rubbed her saliva form her mouth on her tits. So plenty of ways to do it if she really was trying to set him up.
