Both the accuser and accused made errors in judgements. Neither of them wanted things to turn out the way it did. Unfortunately for Rhoden his error in judgment had the biggest impact on both subjects and for that he will likely be paying a big price.

I never suggested a scam. It’s been said that there are text messages between her and Rhoden.

Based on the amount of info and talk and research, and it is a small industry, we already assume we know exactly who this is, and I have misc pics of competitions, and candids (I was in Utah in early 2018 and took candids).

BUT - because this is a sensitive matter, and we do not know the exact details on both sides, and until Shawn makes a statement or the accuser comes out, no reason to accuse. Especially if we are wrong, or if someone accuse someone else, like people have already done to a few people.

From reading the charges it seems there are things missing from the statement made by LKH. She obviously does resistance training in gyms. So where are comments about her resisting what happened? If she didn't like what was happening she could have done more. She didn't hit him, scratch him, put her hands over her vagina, scream or do much to stop what was happening. Something isn't right here. I wouldn't say sexual intercourse occurred in that room. Fingers were the object in the second charge.
A huge, strong guy is supposed to be raping a woman then stops because she has to tell the photographer in the lobby in case he thinks something is up? I don't buy this story.

Rhoden was slamming a fitness competitior who has been featured alot in jay cutlers YouTube vids. She literally follows him everywhere. Rhoden must have been dumped by his baby momma straight after the Olympia.....

Someone should get an interview with her. I bet she knows all.... she could take a massive dump on Rhoden that's for sure

It matters what happened (or didn't happen) in that room that day. With there only being two people who know the absolute truth, it may never come out what actually happened unless one of them admits to lying.

It does matter. Laurie isn’t an honest person. The text messages might show she’s not telling the truth. At comes down to her word against his.
