Thanks... Seems you had it way worse... I've been married for 13 years so my wife has seen worse... But maybe not scarier!  Lol were you ok?  Any serious injuries?

Nothing major, concussion type stuff for a couple days. Been married 30 years now, so yeah, she's seen it all w/ me.

Are you doing any Viagra? This stuff lowers BP too and makes me feel light headed and dizzy if I use more than 60mg for consecutive days.

Lol thanks... My wife asked me why I have not thrown away my size 40 pants (I'm 32 now) and I told her its in case I get fat again... For emergency purposes ;D

That's good it was anything serious. But still a concussion is no joke.  And congrats on 30 years that's freaking awesome!!!

No never have.  But thanks for the info... It's scary to me how fast everything happened! How quick I was out!

Looking great Achmed! Not sure if it applies in your case but I read something the other day about getting out of bed too fast to take a piss can cause collapse or even death apparently you should get up gradually, fuck knows of true

I learned from reading this thread that it is a bad idea to have a ceramic wastebasket in the bathroom and that you shouldn't hold your urine for too long.

Good work. He has 25 lbs or so to lose which puts him in the 170's. Definitely natty territory. As a natural very easy to get on the juice comments when a higher body fat (teens). But when you end up 170's, you are a natural.I go from almost 18 inch arms around 200 to 16 inch pythons at 175, and usually get down to 170. No one thinks I'm on the sauce at 170 but at 200 most do.

Agreed. Better to have the entire bathroom padded!

Funny, I just measured my arm last week. Was about 17.6 or so.

Because having a white iphone with a floral print cover automatically makes your arms appear smaller.

Yeah, falling between the toilet and the wall can't be nice. Think of the pee splatter on the floor and walls. Maybe you slipped instead of fainted? (just 'cause people take me too seriously sometimes, I hope you know I'm just kidding you).

His arms look much smaller than yours, if that's your arm in the pic.

He's probably quite a bit taller than you, though.

I had a greyout before from taking pain meds after having all my wisdom teeth pulled. I took the meds on an empty stomach and went to my doctor appointment. I was expecting the appointment to be quick so I could eat something but it lasted nearly 3 hours. I felt dizzy and heart palpitations when I was leaving near the reception desk. All I remember was falling forward and everything turning grey. Before I hit the floor the nurses where able to catch me and as soon as I was in a seated position I came right back. My blood pressure dropped between 40-50.Scary stuff! I believe it's something you're taking that cause this episode. I would stop all "extra vitamins" and extreme diet.

On Friday night, I collapsed when I got up to pee at 3 am... my wife found me passed out on the bathroom floor. I fell on our porcelain trash can and shattered it and cut my ass, got blood all over the place....also ripped the toilet paper holder off the wall in the process.  My wife couldn't get me to respond so she called 911. EMT's ended up coming.

It seems my injuries always come at the absolute worse time.... when things seem to be going so well.  As I mentioned in a previous post - since January I've dropped 60 lbs, and have been holding it well at 200 lbs... I have one or two major cheat meals a week... cardio and weights 6 days a week.  And now this.

I remember peeing for what felt like forever, then while I was in the middle of it, I started to feel dizzy and shortness of breath, I thought to myself, I need to wrap this up and get back in bed.  Next thing I know, I'm opening my eyes on the floor with my wife standing above me.

I had regained consciousnesses while she was on the phone with 911. She said she had been shaking me and screaming in my face and I was not responding.
I kept trying to tell her to tell them not to come but she insisted.  So paramedics came. Checked me. But all my vitals were fine.  They took my blood pressure, sugar levels, EKG and then they cleared me and told me it's up to me if I wanted to go to the hospital.  I declined.

A few doctors believe it's this rare incident in which the blood pressure suddenly drops when you really have to pee and the bladder is working over time and dilates your blood vessels, called Micturition Syncope. (I really needed to pee and went a bit overboard with the water consumption the day before).

I'm fine now, just bruised and cut up from the broken trash can, and it seems I hit my ribs on the toilet bowl when I went down so dealing with a bruised (maybe fractured) rib... Will probably need to get that checked out, along with a blood panel just to be safe.

I took Saturday off from the gym and even the "healthy eating" just took it easy, but was back in on Sunday doing cardio and legs.  Glad I'm not dead lol!

When I went in for chest this morning - that hurt a bit more, had to go really light on most movements - I'm talking less than my warm up weight, some movements I was able to train a slightly harder but one side at a time.   Did cardio as well, intensely but not so crazy as my ribs still hurt when I take deep breaths.

Here are some recent pics from my progress...  I'm no Calum lol... but working towards potentially.... maybe maybe maybe... getting back on stage again next year.  We'll see how things move along with this rib situation!

Big Ach

You may or may not know this. In 2002, President George Bush Jr was eating... and he passed out. He was diagnosed with some sort of syncope too.

Here, below is is a pic I took tonight after work.... Tape measure is not perfectly positioned obviously, but around 17.6" or so.  You get the idea.

I'm 36.  I definitely have some loose skin in my lower belly, and pecs, even a bit in the love handles.  It's not as bad as I thought it would be but also would have been much better if I had never gotten so fat for so many years.

I think I remember this.  It's a terrible feeling and I keep thinking of how much worse it could have been if I had hit my head or neck!  I got really lucky!!

Agreed. Most obese dudes when cut down have decent size and shape.

When you cut down are you starting with a 40" waist from not training for a few years?
