Not a fan of Coaches political views but credit is due, I never looked like that in my 30's

Did you take the amount of drugs he took in your 30's?

I know. I saw him at Muscle Beach on Labor Day. Would never had guessed he was 57. He looks great and a lot younger than his age by about 10 years or so

Bad ass! Healthy and everything in check?  Bp, Resting heart rate, etc..?

When on test and var my two favourites I have to work really hard ( diet/cardio) to keep those numbers down. Blood work is always on point.

How do you how much or what I take. I guarantee it’s a lot less than what might think.

I'm not even interested in that. I think you deserve props for what you've done not only at your age, but what others much younger can only hope to achieve.

Had my blood work done a about 6 weeks after the show and everything was good. Take BP almost every day and averaging about 140/60. Resting HR is a little high when I wake up but I’m attributing it to being so fucking hot in my house at that it makes it hard to sleep. We don’t have air conditioning being on the beach. On that note, whoever said you don’t need air conditioning if you live on the beach should be slapped. It’s miserable in September

Some friends of mine in New Port Beach just spent 13K to add AC to their penthouse. They don't regret it one bit

Agree.  More then +20/grandpa and dropped to my lowest weight since I was a late teen. No bp or health meds and helps with injuries I've mentioned many times since joining gb. Also added stretching yoga which surprisingly burns a lot of calories. I thought I couldn't get more vascular but now almost grossly so.
.
Went much lower than I originally thought I could and I'm glad I did. It's also stuck now so not fluctuating much.

I live in NH and have put it in every house I have built. Also been looking for a beach getaways in warm climates and they have to have air!  Hard to sleep when it's hot so worth extra expense.

Last year before we lost our business we were going to level our home now and rebuild adding the air. Needless to say that’s been put on hold for awhile

If you live in Newport 13k is usually found in the cushions.

I believe it. They are my friends, but if they hired me as their financial adviser I could save them 100K a year easy. But they have the money and don't care. Their rent each month is $!4,500 plus they had to put in AC. They lease 2 cars (!20K and !40K )but don't put more than 6k on them during the 24 mo lease. Last ones they turned in had 6K and 2K. It's their money and they are in their 70's but coming from an upbringing where you valued money and didn't throw it away, it's hard watching them give it away.

Dude don’t even engage the knuckleheads that get so feminine about that. It’s like a woman pointing her finger and saying “she has plastic surgery to look that way - or whatever”. I can’t believe MEN are jealous like that. Jealousy isn’t really a masculine trait.
Who gives a f what anyone else does?? You look the way you do because you choose to. In America that is how things should be done.

Of course some of these guys are on drugs so it's unrealistic to expect most folks in their 50s to look like that.

Some of them look like crap too, at least in the legs.

It's unrealistic to expect to look like Coach unless you are taking his drug regimen, which from previous posts I have read on this board, is sizable.

Coach, you are 5'9" and weigh 230 or something?  That's very heavy for your height.  Carrying a heavy bodyweight is not healthy.  It's a strain on your heart.

If Coach wants to risk his health it's his own business as far as I'm concerned.  You have to make choices about how you want to live.

The piper will be paid at some point however.  He did have a mini-stroke last year or whatever.

Bodybuilding as presented today is not realistic unless you are on the drug train.
