Hes going to need much more cals than that if he wants blood volume in muscles. Also too low calories and u stop losing fat.

Hes depleting yeah shrinking u mean

Youre supposed to grow into your best shape not shrink down into
Im up 5 pounds to 280 and look better than my last pic from a month ago
I was at 275 a few months good shape but my body looked worse when i got as low as 268

Im up 5 pounds to 280 and look better than my last pic from a month ago
I was at 275 a few months good shape but my body looked worse when i got as low as 268

Not sure how you guys do that shit. Eating is so integral to my being and even happiness. I keep a good diet all year but that just means lower sodium, no refined carbs, high fiber, high protein, that allows me to pound sashimi and steak everyday. 1500 cals no thanks

That ain’t nothing - one time I went down to - 500 calories. Yep - you guessed it I threw up to REALLY deplete. Wasn’t that bad - even though I got jumped by 4 MS-13 bangers right after my last puke of the day. Long story but basically I had been banging all of their chicks and when they confronted me I said “yeh you fng setbacks I did it”. Took me almost 5 minutes to dispose of those bums. Broke one guys ribs - choked 2 out - and five finger death punched the last smart ass!

You couldn’t do it without having a goal and end in sight. This is only a week or so - not even really. You can do WAY more than you think if you just do it.

MINDSET!

Up until depletion my calories were at 2500 give or take broken down in 45/40/15. Drop to 25-30grms of carbs in the way of the cabbage from the saturday before the show until wednesday, start a slow carb up all day thursday, more on friday, friday night around 8pm HUGE meal consisting if of a 14oz rib eye, lrg baked potato, frys and a loaf of sourdough bread. Cut water at 10pm, 11pm (still friday night) 2 Mcdonalds burgers w/o cheese, lrg fry.

Woke up the next morning the day of the show dry as a fucking bone. No water until after pre-judging then just limited to 20oz until the night show.

as you get more shredded you have to lower the calories alot more than before... body slowing down metabolism is the bodys protection against starvation

not sure if the mechanism is the same way when you're on alot of steroids but probably

When I competed in 65's as a teenager way back in the day I just did what the bodybuilders did.

Tuna and lettuce but after nationals I never cut again for a meet. Bodybuilders dieting would be eating tuna right out of the can at the gym and it reeked!
