what are your thought about low dose test ( 150-200 mg) per week at 40 years old and upwards ?
If needed, and monitored and healthy, I doubt there are many issues w/ it. The TRT studies that say "bad for heart" are done on older gen-pop, out of shape, unhealthy fat guys.
100-125 mg is more like TRT (rather than 200). Get bloods run, get cardiac calcium scoring done (arterial plaque x-rays), eat right, do your cardio, keep your test in "high normal" range, etc.
I think it was Joe or Shizzo who told me to "keep doing your steroids". Like I'm a druggie doing prescribed TRT. (It's like calling a 1 drink a week person an alcoholic).
I trained for 38 years natty before getting on TRT at age 50, gained zero weight, gained zero strength on it. (TRT). So just do your home-work, if youa re low and feeling like shite, go see a Dr. who's knowledgeable in TRT.
Got my cardiac calcium scan done last week, waiting for results now... I think the misfit Andrew Collura said he just scored in the 600's. (Decades of d-bol use). Not good...
