FOR ME THATS 2ND BREAKFAST 
I have commercial Breville juicer & blender:
On Monday I make around 10-12 L of juice: celery,carrots,avocado,bananas...............
Early morning 2-3 espressos,300-500ml of juice with Musashi Amino Acids, around 2-3 pm juice again........
After 4pm :Stir - fry veggies :broccoli,kale,baby spinach,wild rocket,mashrooms,2-3 sprouts ,............cook in large wok on olive oil ..........
Or I would have 4 - 6 smoothies p/d: bananas,durian,mangos,avocados .............Amino Acids & Super Sprouts powder
A few Brazilian nuts,pili nuts,macadamian,peacans ............after stir-fry meal
Simply NO process food at all !.(Amino Acids !!!)
