I do rings workouts. How come mine don't look like that?

Spoiler- hes probably like 5 feet tall with T Rex arms. Best rings guys are really short. Animals tho.

When I was a kid back in the caveman days,we used to go up to Springfield College,sneak into the weight room andworkout.

Some gymnasts trained there and as that skinny kid I never saw anyone with more impressive upperbodys.

Probably because he wants to save his arms for what his focus is, gymnastics. He probably kills his arms doing rings etc anyways

His gym workout seems more like bloodflow/rehab than hypertrophy work

When I was in college the two most muscular guys in my building were a) a male cheerleader who was a gymnast in high school and b) a little Haitian guy who did 2,500 pushups and a thousand crunches a day.

So, what’s the problem? He’ll fit right in as a bber. Kind of contradicting, saying best ring guys are really short, ALL gymnasts are short with the average prob 5’4-5’5

Yes, I noticed the insane asses on college gymnasts. At the elite Olympic level they look more like little girls as opposed to the womanly bodies of female collage gymnasts.
