This is very unfortunate. But if Flex’s usage of synthol in his calves led to this, it’s his own fault. Let’s hope that Ernie Taylor no longer uses synthol in is triceps.. and let’s hope Markus Ruhl no longer enhances his biceps.

If I'm not mistaken they had to take veins from his leg and use them in his kidneys. I can absolutely see that leading to vascular damage and decrease blood flow or vascular collapse in his lower legs especially the leg they harvested the thing from.

I know I never really sank in for me & I didn't take it seriously when they threatened to amputate both mine back in '14 (mine was cellulitis and sepsis however). I remember thinking " fuck that. I walked into the ER and I'll walk back out. I've got clients to train on Monday and shit to do" lol. Had I left, I likely would be missing my right leg at the knee and left leg at the ankle as well (if I didn't die from the bacteria on my heart valve I wasn't aware of, that is)
