There’s some universities studying the effects of stems on copd patients and are having awesome results, showing great improvements in up to 87% of patients.  Obviously being someone who works out you’d be an ideal candidate for a study.  On the other hand with the results their getting it should only be a couple of years before it gets mainstreamed for general public.

I wish I could thank each and every one of you personally,but to be quite honest,I think I would break down halfway through it so to all of you guys who I consider family..............a true and sincere thanks to each and every one of you.

I never thought I`d get such an outpouring of love on here when it came  my time to encounter health issues.................. ................THANK YOU ALL!

I`m not going out like a punk ass bitch, I`m a fighter,but if I lose this bout,just know that I care for you guys as most of us have been here so long I look at you as an extended family...........at times much better than my own blood family who are mostly phony as fuck.

He was  one of my favorite posters on Getbig , Tim did more for bodybuilding than Weider ,Arnold and Sandow combined , I heard for next year Olympia they're replacing  the Sandow for The Wescott
