Monty no disrespect what so ever but back then I was so devastated just finding out I was sick that Im kind of disregarded lots of advisolely because I was extremely depressed.........not thrilled at all today eith but I have a much more positive mindset as of late and am open to try anything except cabbage,motor oil,or grassclippings!!  LOL

Roasted garlic and caramelized onions are a wonderful flavor enhancer to many recipes. The trick with onions is to cook them on very low heat for a long time so that they fully develop all their sugars without burning. Burn't garlic is the worst which is why roasting it is such a great way to cook it.

Just out of curiosity, is it accurate to say this thread began in October of last year, it is now April and there is still no diagnosis?

Had my lung biopsy last week follow up appointment on the 13th. to confirm cancerous or not and how to attack the problem.

then I still have a tumor in my throat which needs to be addressed after the lung issues have been dealt with as best as possible.

Doc says the Cancer is not aggressive as it has only grown a speck after all these months so to me that was a welcome sigh of relief.

I know it`s Cancer cuz I smoked like a retard for decades even while training.......no one to blame but myself.

I've considered this fact myself but haven't been following this thread closely.

Most people with cancer are dead by now or are in remission having gone through chemo and/or surgery.

My sister was discovered with cervical cancer in December, went through chemo and is in remission.

IroNat if you peruse the thread I explain why this all took so long ....................some was due to my own stupidity and fear plus having an extreme anxiety disorder............this may sound weird to some but if you have dealt with extreme anxiety you`ll understand... those that haven`t could never possibly comprehend the madness of it all.

Just lucky for me that it didnt spread at all.

Not everyone who smokes gets lung cancer. Some get nothing. Some get emphysema. I smoked like a retard for 11 years and my lungs are fine, (smoking is retarded so anyone who smokes, smokes like a retard). Being as how I have asthma it makes it even more retarded to smoke, specially 3 pkg a day.
