That flag should not be on a church. That's an abomination in God's name. Everything is the bible speaks against their lifestyle.  Are we going to allow people to place satanic symbols on churches next? This is going too far.

Traditional, Western Christianity doesn't play well with the Globalists' agenda.

Oh he did a whole lot more than burn a flag, lets be serious but if he plead it out rather than going to trial and then telling the judge that he won't stop doing it...basically taunting him, he would likely only have a year.  This guy also has a list of other convictions as well....moron

Not if you openly tell the judge this during sentencing:   ‘It’s my honor. It is written. It is a judgment and it’s written to execute vengeance on the heathen and punishments on the people"

The judge threw the book at him because he's obviously a clear and present danger to the community and saw him as eventually going out and killing people.   That's why he got the maximum of 16 years.   He didn't have to apologize or even plead guilty.   He should have never taunted the judge and kept his mouth shut...period

Wait, what?  He got 16 years for a crime he hasn't committed, but may or may not commit eventually in the future?  WTF?

Absolutely!!!   If you present a clear and present danger that you will continue to commit crimes once you get out of prison, then they are going to keep you in there as long as humanly possible...that's why we have a parole board.

Adolfo earned that 16 years when he could have easily gotten probation.    I'm sure that if he gets an attorney and he appeals stating he has a mental issue or is going to get counseling, it will likely be reduced....but dude, when you're in court you let your attorney do the talking and you shut the fuck up

As a former active marine I hate it but its not a crime to burn any flag
Suddenly, burning a flag is a hate crime. Thirty years ago, the Supreme Court ruled that burning the American flag was totally protected by the First Amendment. Now liberals want to ban flag burning. It's a hate crime.

I disagree.

The judge didn’t care that he was a threat to people.

The judge only cared that he was a threat to gay people

Reminds me of the original Cape Fear, when Gregory Peck said "We can't get charged for crimes we haven't committed yet...and thank God for that."
