Ok, for a few weeks, there has been way too much negativity and baseless attacks here, and it is getting out of control. Now, I am all for free speech, but there is a point where it is being crossed. So, on this board, it is time, to get it back in focus and more bodybuilding oriented. You have the X & Y Boards to get your aggressions out.

That doesn’t mean that you cannot debate or offer contructive criticism or talk about any subject. I am just saying that many of us are tired of the one liners over and over again. So lets get back to bodybuilding topics... no baseless attacks, no slander, no gay porn, no nudity, etc.

And lets get back to having fun...

We all know the line... and I will PM or email you when you have crossed it....

Now I know that you will say that others are doing it, but if a few of you stop it, then others will follow.

Discuss in an intelligent way...

For the record, I have deleted MANY threads over the past week although certain individuals want to blame someone else for deleting their third grade threads.

Thank you Ron ...some of the old members stopped posting or simply reduced their amount of posts to minimum just because this board started to sound more and more like a playground for kids.

Let's bring back what Getbig really is,first hand info about bodybuilding, not a place where pros are attacked and verbally abused every second thread, by some guys that think this is gonna make them look good . Dan

I agree. It is time. And I think many people, even the ones who are doing this, would appreciate it stopping. For the ones who don't, it is time to go, or move down to the X & Y Board, and perhaps the Z Board...

What's up Ron, thank you for this great site, my man. I'm for everything you guys will do to make this site better. too much negativity, and I for one barely post, but if I have something good to say, I'll definitely post it. I check this site daily, some of the stuff make me laugh, but at the same time, I realize that a lot of these members dont respect people at all in what they're posting. From now on, any restrictions will be appreciated.

I agree.

I don't think Ron means to turn the board into some gigantic ass kissing fest, but just cut out the really bad crap....like when Richard Jones [who is always pleasant] gets a racial slur thrown at him...simply out of the blue by someone. That is not cool at all.

But no, I doubt Ron means us to go around posting a million 'appreciation threads' and saying how everyone just looks wonderful all the time
