Hey, I'm a fortyseven year old male. Never done a "cycle". I am not formiliar with your terminologies. I have some degenerative arthritis in some lower joints from an accident but otherwise very healthy. prior to the accident / injuries I did marathons and triathlons for over ten yrs. My point is only I am not completely new to a work out. I see and hear dhea can be beneficial at my age. Would larger doses be a good starter? If so how much should I take per day? I have also read a couple yrs ago about M1T and that it is not recommended for beginners. What is good for beginners?

start with 50 mgs. a day ,see if you get results adjust accordingly. maybe you should consult a doctor before going on any supplementation plan.consider creatine, no2, chromimum piconate, fish oil capsules, multi vit and mins.msm and gluco-sulfate for joints.
