It's hysterical to think anyone needs these leg exercises explained to them. They are about a basic as you can get. I like doing walking lunges out front of my house. It amuses the neighbors and since I live on a hill, the hill puts a little something extra into the exercise.
disagree with you. not everyone knows what a sissy squat is & also jumping squats are very effective.

York Olympic bars are made in Canada but the plates are all made in China now.

It's impossible for them to be competitive otherwise.

Man that sucks! The only US based manufacturer I have found so far (after a quick search) is Iron Grip: https://irongrip.com/

actually the best way to curl is hammer grip. most natural position.

Yep - anytime we pick up something the most natural grip is the hammer position!

For barbells, I can only think of these being made in the US now -

Iron Grip

Ivanko (some)

Texas Power Bar

Rogue

Iron Wolfe (these guys were York's high end suppliers)

Kabuki Strength

*York - Maybe the Elite Line, and a few made in Canada as mentioned.

---------------------

Plates -

Hi Temp (Bumpers)

Wright Rubber (some Bumpers, marked Wright USA) - https://wright-equipment.com/ .

Rogue - (some Bumpers, rebranded from the above)

Ivanko - some dumbbells, some of the high end bumpers and powerlifting sets might be, but I doubt it.

Iron Grip - still made here, as mentioned.

York - No, but some bumpers and higher end iron are made in Canada.

---------------------------

The EPA really put a hurting on plate manufacture from the 70's - onward. Most foundries won't handle weights and such (even expensive specialty runs) because the profit isn't worth the set up and investment anymore :(.

Will be funny to see how many people get the same results with continuous tension and focused home exercises, and realize that all of their reverse, hyper supinated, twisting bicep curl on seat adjusted to a 48 degree angle from a Charles Glass article didn't go shit at all and your biceps are growing the same with focused pull ups.

Ha! Yes, today I did 6 sets of KB presses, 5 sets of KB hammer curls and 4 sets of KB tricep extensions. Got a great pump and felt like I had a great workout.

Saying that, I miss the experience of going to the gym and the options available to me in the gym that I simply don't have at home. I also don't have a garage so training for me is weather permitting at the minute.

Get a life  ::)

I have a life. Just because I go into subjects that are obviously way over your head doesn't mean you have be so down on yourself. There's always a place in this world for people like you.

Can you post a picture of your arm showing the effectiveness of the "hammer grip"? They must be huge. Maybe it will convince Phil Heath to use that grip.

I believe he is confusing hammer curls with jerking off.

That is a great forearm builder but you have to swap arms. thinking about symmetry here. no muscle imbalance

Gay imagery. What a surprise. At least now we know the real reason you're here.
