I dug out my old personal training equipment from when I was training people at their houses.  Pilates ball, elastics bands with a door attachment,  and a combo push-up and situp bar.   I also have a Bowflex Max Trainer.   When everything goes back to normal, I plan to clear out my second bedroom that I was using for my home office as I now have one in downtown Greenville, and make it into a personal gym with either a Soloflex, Bowflex Power Pro, or Total Gym.  Not going to get any free weights as I want to train safe.   Going to get rid of my gym membership to boot as training at home is a lot more efficient.

I have to say that this pandemic has been of a benefit to me.   I've saved a ton of money, took advantage of getting that new office at a low price, and I'm getting a lot more stuff done than ever before in terms of wrok

Ok I went and googled what total gym, soloflex and bowflex look like and they’re similar to the level of stuff I used at 13 like a York bench and cast iron weights. Actually they’re worse because no real free weights. You’re a bit lazy. You are/never were/have really been serious about training and it shows

Lol.. you obviously didn't do much research.  You can use free weights with a soloflex and a Total Gym.  My Total Trainer I used to sell could even take Olympic plates.  A Bowflex Power Pro can be upgraded to 410 pounds.  However, I won't have any free weights as the resistance available will be more than sufficient.   At this point in my life, I'm more concerned with safety when training than an ego boost at using free weights....I've used them throughout my life so I don't give a fuck otherwise.  The only exericise you ever get is picking potatoes and running around hiding pots of gold

Since you are one of my favorite political posters of all time, I will answer seriously.

I think Rogue has the most quality stuff in general, albeit a bit over priced.  I have a set of the "green" ones and a large purple one.  I utilize mostly for banded goodmornings and RDLs as a warmup.

I have bought a flat 1/2 inch band from these guys almost 8 years ago and it's still going strong:  https://www.ihpproshop.com/jcbands  Use for banded tri press downs and chest pull aparts.

I bought a set like this off Amazon, and they are great - set up high/low/medium attacments to wall in basement with a home depot ring screw in thing:   https://www.amazon.com/EASTSURE-Resistance-Portable-Exercise-Training/dp/B086XFN4L2/ref=sr_1_3_sspa?crid=K0AG5AQSU9QN&dchild=1&keywords=bodylastics+resistance+bands+set&qid=1586747820&s=sporting-goods&sprefix=bodylastics+re%2Csporting%2C163&sr=1-3-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzSDNEMExGS1FIMjBGJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDQxMzA1RzVCR1hFUDBJVkpLJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA0Nzg5MjZZOEE1SzNPUDdPVkgmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl  You can do anything with these - wood choppers, rows, paloff press, basically mimic any conventional exercise and not pay 1000s for a gay bowflex

My next purchase would like be from here, because this guy is a great guy (follow on twitter) and I'd want to help him out.  He deadlifts 600 for reps at like 185.  Total beast.

A chin up bar
Push up handles
Bands

+
months of lockdown being spent doing high frequency, high volume calisthenics

=
many people will realise there's no point wasting time going back and forth to the gym.

I have done this bodyweight workout at various times.
And it is a tough workout  each exercise  5 sets of as many reps as you can get

DAY ONE     CHEST AND BACK

Push Up
Dip                       if you can't get many reps   use one leg to help out on a chair.

Chin Ups               if  you can't get many reps   use one leg to help out  on a chair
Fixed Bar Rows    (   pulling from underneth a fixed bar)    or     with towel off door knob.

---------------
DAY TWO     SHOULDERS AND ARMS

Handstand Pushups          practice off a chair with knees on in a forward dive position
Floor Lateral Rotations       like a side Lateral    lifting your body off the ground on one forearm

Fixed Bar Curls                          underneath  the bar    the bar has got to be shoulder level     lean back on an angle
Fixed Bar Tricep Extensions        lowering body to the fixed bar     the bar around waist level    lean forward on an angle

----------------------
DAY THREE      LEGS

Free Squats       plus  Wall Sits   until you fallover
Lunge  or Step Ups onto the side of a stair case

Hamstring Raise               fix your heels  under a couch with folded towel under knees and fight your lowering      super hard
Single Leg Stiff Legged Deadlift

------------------------
ABDOMINALS  and CALVES

each workout

Step Calve Raise      if you can - just use balance without holding onto anything    this somehow does something special

Sit Ups
Leg Raise

ADD   in   your choice of ten yoga poses    working them hard    and finish with floor stretching.    This is mobility work.
Plus     an hour walk three times a week.      If your allowed to do that.

if you have something you can lean off of, there's a reverse leg raise which works your glutes, hams and lower back.

I'm actually getting excited over the home gym I'm setting up, it's something that I've thought about for a long time.

Finally I will be able to avoid all morons on the gym talking on their phones etc

This will be good for my blood pressure  :D

Judi, jaguarenterprises, 24k, on Getbig, the one I used to trash for years up here.  We decided to team up a few months ago.  It's not selling good but a matter of getting people to exchange cash savings for gold saving...which every shaved monkey should be doing

As much as the thought of you and Vince benching each other Nick Cage style is enthralling -

.

I think you guys should go for the Marvin Elder style dips instead  -
