I think that the opposite is true. Once a person is a billionaire for over 2 or 3 decades... they start to think of legacy.

Trump rose to the highest office in the world. The world discusses Trump 24/7. And Gates is trying to stay relevant.

So let's say you get a stamp in your passport that shows you are indeed immune to the virus, when you're travelling to some other country.

If you dont carry that stamp you are not allowed to travel to that country.

We allready got a lot of "stamps" going today, that prevent people from doing just that.
