Mickey Used to be a handsome mofo  (NO HOMO) with a good build in certain flicks when he was on PEDS plus he was a good boxer who kicked ass in the ring IRL.............now he looks like that Vanderpump kunt except uglier !!

In Rourkes case Boxing really messed up his face, so he HAD to get plastic surgery.

Rourke seems mentally ill and his claims regarding his surgical adventures highly dubious.
He used to have a normal face until the mid 90ies and then age set in and he sought a way out.
