You young guys will experience this too. Your friends when they get to 45 to 55 start looking like hell. Some are delusional thinking they still got it. The ones that lift and do cardio are the ones who look good as they age. The biggest differences are the ones that juiced for 10-15 years and gave it up. Those are the one that really look like crap. It's a really rare thing to look good into your 60's but it's possible.

Truth. if you work out moderately your entire life you age slower than someone who goes hot and cold. I hang around aerobic athletes - runners, cyclists and triathletes- and everyone looks in great shape. I remember going to the US Nationals in cycling one year and met an 82 year old racer. I was amazed at his condition- clearly looked in his 50's. Turning into a sedentary couch potato is about the worst things you can do for your body.

anybody that lets themselves go that much is having mental or physical health issues, getting completely out of shape is not "loving life"

Beard, hair transplant if you have any recession, low bodyfat and some muscle mass will see you sexually attractive to enough available women where you dont have to worry.Beard and hair is massive.Trying to be pretty over 45 is a waste of time

He's 47-48 , I'm pretty sure he doesn't work out anymore .
