Not sure how that equates to me being bi. LOL.  If I had a horse cock I'd be posting and brandishing it everywhere.
LOL @ "brandishing" !!  ;D

Posting naked on gay sites is kind of gay. That's fine if you are gay.

So if Vince Goodrum was delivering a pizza to your place would you answer the door with your hog hanging feely?

although you gay talk a lot you never seem to be happy

I'm flattered that you care about my happiness. Don't worry about it. I am eternally grateful for my life. A lot of assholes on this board that are protected by anonymity and distance. People act much differently in real life and if they don't it's taken care of quickly and soon forgotten.

I can't argue with this.

OK, you provided proof and showed I was wrong. I retract everything I said about you living in a one bedroom apartment.

I've provided pics of my house, pics of me with family and friends, and you still claim I live alone in a hovel.

Now see if you are honest enough to answer this question: Did you purchase this house yourself using only your money? If so, how were you able to afford it on your salary which by your own admission is 30,000/year turning down a more lucrative position because you wanted more free time?

Im married, we made sound investments and shrewd buying and selling at the right time, of course I didnt buy it myself, we are a team, thats what couples do
I actually earn £40k a year, my wife is retired, I work short hours but I have a full time job, Im vbery fortunate that I dont really have a boss looking over my shoulder, I just have to get the job done and tick the boxes.
I could have had a job working 12 hoiurs a day and earning over £75k a year but wanted more quality time at home, I also took a day time mon-Friday job so my wife cvould take a job travelling all over the country as a project manager...
We work as a team, we dont just think about number one, I could finish work tomorrow and take my pension as I have done 30 years in the job, but bearing in mind Im doing very little actual work for my money I may as well stay on, Im home every day at no later than 2pm

As for value, the house is probably worth £250k, we have paid for it outright band are mortgage free, when I retire we are thinking of moving abroad, my wife likes Hawaii, she has seen a nice beachfront property its the tan one on the right of this picture.

That's not my house. I was trying to make the point, as che pointed out, that anybody can post a pic of any house. That is on the North Shore.

Sorry, I am an idiot.......

OK fair dinkum. But you'll never come close to living in Hawaii. With the average home prices at over $800,000, 250K isn't even going to get you a one room condo.

A sensible man indeed, no point retiring yet and retirement reduces your lifespan they say. Don’t think anyone should 100% retire. More power to you and the missus. No kids, no?

Without knowing much about Simon

Well, If he has put in 30 years then I have to assume the wife has done at least 20 years herself (guessing). For arguments sake, she probably earned 30k/yr.

Between them probably saved the bones of 300/400k and have a few other smaller assets.

They owe no money on the house so the sale money from the house can ALL go into Hawaii.

A good pension in Ireland is like 400/500e a week and I assume England is similar so that’s over 500 dollars a week to live on plus the wife’s pension as well.

It’s doable

One thing you would find is that Im nothing like I appear on here

I met Illuminati a few times during my show preps, Im sure he doesn't think Im an asshole
I met up with bigmc and Galeniko in London, me and bigmc had a real humdinger on here he wanted to kick my ass at one point, we had a good laugh about our online feud.

I offer the olive branch , no more winding up, and every post I make in response to anything you write isnt ever a personal attack, sometimes I just like to play devils advocate, I ofeten argue against my own point of view to see how much my belief in something is

As far as I'm concerned the hatchet is buried.

Big hugs  (no homo)

It is only barely doable if you're big night out each week is limited to McDonald's for a hamburger. Honestly, 2 grand a month per person isn't very much. Using the equity from the sale of their house to live on isn't the best idea either. leasing it would make more sense since the equity would then continue to increase as would the rental rate, less the cost of paying for property management.

Gay or not - isn't all BBing about impressing other males?

Hence the large number of short BBers. Guys that are insecure.
