This what happened to a great many black communities when the Great Society came to be in the 60s. No longer were there fathers in black families for they were replaced by mother-fuckers. Lots of mother-fuckers. A revolving door of mother-fuckers.

This isn't talked about much but its impact changed our society for the worse. Black families were overwhelmingly intact until the government decided to take on the role of the provider, the father, and then there was no incentive or stigma attached to having babies out of wedlock and abandoning them. Boys need a male figure in their lives. Men, by their nature, have much more authority over boys than women do. Boys, and men, naturally are more comfortable taking orders from a man than a woman. That's changed a lot but that is the natural order of things. Mother's provide the nurturing and the father discipline. In my generation the mother's threat of, "Wait until your father gets home," was common and effective. That's one of the reasons that God is portrayed as a male.
A matriarch society is a society were boys run wild in packs looking for male approval and acceptance among their peers and left unchecked become a menace to society. No boy tries to impress their mothers and wants to be a mama's boy. It's their father that they look for approval from and is their first role model in life. A male makes the rules and the laws and enforces them.
By providing taxpayer support for women to have a child the government gave an incentive, or certainly no disincentive, to have children out of wedlock. A child without fathers. The government destroyed the American family.
