I should add that she goes through phases where she complains of feeling bloated after eating. When it's real bad, even just a half cup of coffee. Yes, I'm asking getbig for health advice because doctors here were fucking useless on the gut thing.
Iron assays indicate that she doesn't recover after a period. She eats iron. Doesn't have iron. I conclude she's not absorbing iron. Would love to get to the bottom of it.
