So you want other men to think you are tough, so you do care what they think.Knowing a fighting style to defend yourself would be more in line with not caring what strangers think.

Nope, I lift for my health and self-improvement.  I'm not trying to be or act tough, but as a side effect of training, I'm stronger and larger than an average male.  Ppl tend to leave you alone when you appear more imposing.  You deny this?

I don't care what other men (or women) think of me.  Since you keep mentioning it, you probably have a few of your own insecurities you need to deal with.

No, i never said it wasnt true, you said you dont care what people think, you clearly want people to think you are tough, no matter if the reason is just to be left alone. So you do care what people think is my point.

No, that's what you think.  Again, I workout for health and self-improvement.  I do NOT CARE what other ppl think of me or about me.  Do you know me better than I know me? - lol

I freely admit that I just wanted to look big and strong and to be big and strong.  Having been beaten up most of my life, I noticed that if you looked scary, the dirtbags would leave you alone.  It worked.  It's great and there is no shame in wanting to be considered off limits by thuglings.

And a great many mature women prefer a man that looks like a Man. ;D

Sometimes I put Vaseline all over my body and slide around my house trying to be a slug.

I'm no authority on this, but just about every girlfriend I have tells me that when it comes to a man's physical appearance they prefer men that carry low body fat levels around 10%, have flat abdomens (ideally abs), bodyweight under 200lbs and a chiseled face.

Also, what I can tell you is that no woman I've ever befriended or known through others has EVER said they find IFBB pros attractive. They're usually disgusted by their size and often wonder whether they have very small cocks.

I think most women today like men that look stylish in regular clothing and suits, but when the clothes come off sport a pretty shredded body.

What I will agree with ArmyOfOne on is that the massive size to most amateur or pro bodybuilders is ONLY impressive to other men. Women just don't get moved by that, because frankly, it's not sexy. And for those that will throw the Rock into the mix and suggest that he is huge and women love him, I'd say that's true, but they love him for his charm, charisma, attractive looking face, height and above all else FAME and MONEY.

I said it before here but I was invited by a German living in Jersey to his adult soccer game. His whole team were 5'10 to around 6'2" lean in shape soccer players. The girls in the stands were making many a comment. None of them looked like a bodybuilder but no one could deny they were in shape athletes. After the game I joined his wife and him to a restaurant with the team. No homo but they looked like movie stars in street clothes and seeing the reactions they got it made me almost want to give up lifting and start kicking a ball.

To diet/work out like a madman and be ripped but appear normal or even small in a dress shirt and tie or a sweater, but when the shirt comes off and the stunning combo of the eight pack, serrati, intercostals and obliques just pop in bitches' faces and bitches willingly become a sex partner for life. That's 10% or less bodyfat. Problem is when fully clothed nobody knows. OR shoot up to 14 or 15% and have huge chest/back/shoulders/arms plus massive quads. Abs are just about visible. In a short sleeve shirt, other males get intimidated, women flock and touch the arms. Again, they become easy booty calls, but they don't hold exactly the same  sex fascination for 14/15% as they do for 10% or less.

Work with your body  type. If you can stay lean without much effort then perfect. If you're more a meso/endo then fuck abs  and get those huge muscles

No woman is interested in a man who looks like a pro bodybuilder, unless she was with him long before he swallowed the air hose.

Women like Kerry Cutler are one in a million.

Dont listen to what women say, watch what they do.They arnt paying 50 dollars for tickets to see 15% bodyfat men at 230, they pay to see 180 pound chippendales at 8-10%.Same deal with drunk women in clubs.

Women don't go to strip clubs to get turned on by checking out in shape men. They go to strip clubs as a few and far between event with their girl friends to have fun for the night. It's the party atmosphere they're after with their friends. Only men go to strip clubs to get turned on by naked women. That's why so many men go to these clubs alone. You'll never find a women going alone to watch men strip and dance.

To be honest I would not want to date a woman that went to strip clubs regardless of "why", but then I can be quite prudish I know.  I just think such things are freakin' weird but then I was raised Cashew, so.. :).
