You see it everywhere you go.  The hottest girls are almost always with guys who are tall and handsome.  As long as the body doesn't look like a skeleton or an obese fatass (somewhere between 10-20% bodyfat) it really doesn't matter.  We all know the truth about this but I think a lot of men try to lean on the "women only love money" argument as a defense mechanism because they don't possess the physical attributes to get the attention of women when they walk into a room.  It's also worth noting that a good majority of the time, men who are tall and handsome have a much much easier time in life accumulating wealth, power and status.

Yes just about everyone does to a degree, There is the odd exception, one of my mates I’ve known since We were kids doesn't care in the slightest how he looks, he lives alone with his cats and is massively fat, doesn't brush hair or care at all what he wears, he is so lazy he cannot even be bothered to lift his shirt to inject his diabetes medicine he just sits there when we at pub stabbing it through his t shirt, hasn’t had sex in over ten years it’s like he gave up on life

To diet/work out like a madman and be ripped but appear normal or even small in a dress shirt and tie or a sweater, but when the shirt comes off and the stunning combo of the eight pack, serrati, intercostals and obliques just pop in bitches' faces and bitches willingly become a sex partner for life. That's 10% or less bodyfat. Problem is when fully clothed nobody knows. OR shoot up to 14 or 15% and have huge chest/back/shoulders/arms plus massive quads. Abs are just about visible. In a short sleeve shirt, other males get intimidated, women flock and touch the arms. Again, they become easy booty calls, but they don't hold exactly the same  sex fascination for 14/15% as they do for 10% or less.
