You dont need one as long as the information is sourced and have redirects back to the site although I intend to move some the rss feeds to more sites dedicated to sports betting.  Some places actually want it as they propagate links back to their site such as MyBookie.  Makes them money

No money in it anymore anyway.  The market is saturated.  The time to get in was about 2013-2014 when it was just taking off.
Same way with CDB's.

If you want to do something cannabis related, then consider a hook up site for pot heads to connect on and blaze.  Like Grindr but you can call it Smokr.  Now that I gave you this idea I expect 20% royalties, intellectual rights, profit distributions, and trade mark/ copy right ownership.
