yes I put some mass with a bulk this summer... gotta bulk up whether you like it or not when you compete
training HIT
-1 body part per week, shoulders which is 2x per week
-usually 4 movements per muscle group and just go High intensity with 3 sets of 6-10 reps. balls to the wall style.
-6 training days and 2 posing sessions, 45 minutes cardio walking on treadmill
-diet
carb cycle *3 days high carb* then *keto day* repeat
