You legs:
try this next time: workout a
bike 10 min for a warmup
lying leg curls.....get a weight that you can do 15 reps
5 sets each, hold at the top with each rep and lower slow.
Leg Press, leg extention, squats....one after another for 20 reps each, 4 sets -
walking lunges....4 sets

warm up bike 10 min
leg extentions, 3 sets warm up....then 3 working sets, all drop sets
squats...4 sets, 15 -20 reps each.....but with each rep do a partial rep, so you'll do a full rep, then do a partial rep...thats 1 rep.
stiff leg deadlifts...5 sets
