upped the carbs a bit more
added red meat into the mix (it was excluded for the beginning of the whole diet process,until i lost some fat)
added "fat loading" extra virgin olive oil,per Larry's instructions...........t hat's about it

For fat loss you upped cardio?

What did you change from before that made the difference?

to get me depleted i was/are on a serious low carb high protein diet,cardio 2 x a day am 45 mins,pm after all meals 35 -40 mins,eat by the clock every 3 hours,low carb days = 50 grams or less(a lot of those)
high= 75 usually,low sodium,no dairy,no nothing pretty much ...except for chicken and ground turkey 5- 6 meals...
carbs= watery fiborous carbs (brocolli,cauliflower)
water = 2 gallons per day (carry it with you wherever you go!)
protein shakes were almost eliminated due to sodium content
just a very bland basic bodybuilding diet
plus cardio and ECA

..Man a diet like that for this long takes a lot of determination.....more than I have I think. Keep it up details are really starting to show now.You will look much better once you get some carbs in ya.
