For fat loss you upped cardio?
What did you change from before that made the difference?

to get me depleted i was/are on a serious low carb high protein diet,cardio 2 x a day am 45 mins,pm after all meals 35 -40 mins,eat by the clock every 3 hours,low carb days = 50 grams or less(a lot of those)
high= 75 usually,low sodium,no dairy,no nothing pretty much ...except for chicken and ground turkey 5- 6 meals...
carbs= watery fiborous carbs (brocolli,cauliflower)
water = 2 gallons per day (carry it with you wherever you go!)
protein shakes were almost eliminated due to sodium content
just a very bland basic bodybuilding diet
plus cardio and ECA
