The rebound is the absolute best. After my first show....that night I had a whole Pizza Pie, 6 wings and half a gallon of Ice Cream. I woke up few hrs later and and had the rest of the IC.
By Tuesday 3 days later I had put on 15 lbs and looked more shredded and in better shape then the night of the show....

I had depleted myself soo much that my body was like a sponge and absorbed whatever it was given, carbs, protein, fat.....
That Weds I was back in the gym training...people couldn't believe it as many individuals take 2-4 weeks off to mentally & physically recoup.....
