Take a 100 pound barbell and do decline presses to the throat,wide grip, for 5 sets of 12 reps,one minutes rest between sets, then get back to me once you get out of the hospital.
None of this bouncing 600 pounds off of your lower ribcage/diaphram area,and egotistic nitweit can do that and they always do...............use slow controlled reps with TUT..................... ............you will thank me after you are done cursing me.
