Parler is gone. It fall down and go "plop". Couldn't even get a "boom".
I think the fact that Amazon Cloud dropped Parler just like that, along with Apple and Android Play controlling things is just the beginning of big media controlling what you see and hear. Dont like something. Bye bye. Forget about the basic free speech right. If they don't like it, just block it. A few years ago, this would never have happened, but now, censorship, bullying and whatever is the norm, whether on the internet, at colleges, etc. You can't even debate anymore without someone calling you names, or worse.
Now Parler will get another server, but Amazon should of had the courtesy of giving them a chance. If people think that trying to silence others will work without debating their opinions, they are very wrong. All it does is push it to other sites and fringes, and more people will get more frustrated.
Hey, I am all against promoting violence, and if you decide to plot to kill someone, or build a bomb to hurt people, then you need to go from the site or any social media site. But I have had friends get suspended for just talking about their faith, or their opinions (non violent). Crazy. Worse, be a little sexy, or complaining about someone being fat, and bam... suspension. WTF? George Carlin and other comedians would go crazy at what is going on.
