I feel this is better than yoga I haven’t worked abs in a while but am getting low back releif. I have not shot myself in the head as Wes suggested I also ate 9 hard boiled eggs as epic leans asked me too , Not sure if eggs help but the plank does

i feel like I’m leaning to the left, my left oblique feels much tighter when laying on my left , when I lay on my right side I don’t feel much of a stretch. Now when I’m sitting I get that sharp pain in my right glute right lower back
