Why would he use site enhancement on a body part that has been criticized for being too large? It reminds of how Ruhl was accused of using oil in his bis but not his tris when it was his tris that needed it.
There are lots of reasons, some perhaps stupid, some perhaps not. And Ruhl's biceps were extremely oil enhanced. Most likely he attempted to enhance the tris too but they didn't accept the oil. But he kept shooting the biceps anyway.
I don't think Ramy's legs are too big necessarily, it adds to the overwhelming impact. Just like Tom Platz's legs weren't too big. Really, no bodypart can be too big imo, trying to downsize something to improve balance always makes the bb worse imo, they just end up less impressive and less freaky. You xan critisize oil use if it looks too unnatural but if it looks like real muscle it can never be too much, never seen it. Before oil, can you name one bodybuilder who had a too-developed muscle?
Nearly every expert on bb agrees that Ramy shoots up his quads. There's also inside info guys like Palumbo heard, that he is shooting them with Hya injects.
You can use them on big bodyparts too. Dusty Hanshaw said oil in quads looks extra awesome if it "takes" but he couldn't do it.
BTW, the biggest oil abuser at the Olympia is Shaun Clarida, this guy took it to an extreme with oil. Though he gets away with it, still looks good.
Kamal had also upped the oil intake.
Clarida, shock full of oil:
