Sad fucking day when a shit gimmick from some old Getbig loser, who ran away in tears, can sling shit at a Getbig institution like Wes.

Choke on an aids-ridden cock, phaggot.
Thanks for the back up Walt but this grass clipping eating, paint sniffing clown has been so called training for years, looks like a fat hick hillbilly, knows absoulutely jack shit about training and nutrition and besides all that, he sucks big black cock .

So his insults dont really amount to much since he has  no credibility what so ever except his ability to deep throat Black pecker which is his only claim to fame and is his lifetime burning passion.

The Big Black Bulls adore him for his unbridled enthusiasm for the  Black Baby Batter.................. .and honestly, who could blame them?

After a point, naturally, you find you aren't going to get much stronger or bigger from weight training. It just stops. At that point to maintain muscle and bone health you go into a maintenance mode. It's no different than being a runner who eventually plateaus in speed. You keep running because you find fun in it.

Most guys could lift just once a week to maintain all their gains. If you like the pump, however, you lift multiple times a week for just the rush it gives you. In a way, isn't that enough positive reinforcement to keep doing something that does make you physically fit? If you stop completely you begin atrophying and look like people who have decided to let their bodies go to hell. Aging accelerates then and when you are in your 50's you look like you are ready to die.

If you make weight training a healthy habit and don't worry about "gains" anymore, you will reap the benefits of this lifestyle.

Wes, there is no way that the person posting under that account is the original Johnny Falcon.

I知 sure you can smell the stale cock on his breath north of Albany.

That gimmick is down at the Fallsview-level of suck now.

Steve Reeves said he only trained one month a year in his movie acting days and still kept his muscle.

I'm not saying you're wrong about him not being who he claims to be, but people do change over time.

I wouldn't. There is no reason to not make continual progress except being a heath (literal definition of a "heath" is a lazy bitch )

So out of this thread is borne a new term- the dreaded "heath" title. "Why dont you train like a man? You are such a heath!"

Don't be a heath Mary Champions. Work harder.

I`ve changed considerably over the last few decades..........years ago I would have taken your watch and wallet, abducted you and held you for ransom, then simply disposed of your body in a 50 gallon drum.

These days I just tell postal employees who try to fuck me to kiss my ass!

People will only learn not to take my kindness for weakness when I put them in their place which usually stuns them into either no comment mode, or turns them into stuttering fucks!

It would seem you have matured greatly. The idea of ending up in a 50 gallon drum with no wallet and no watch is really unappealing. I for one am really glad that you are over that period in your life.

All I know about you is how you present yourself and what you write in your posts on Getbig. What you or any of us actually mean is often a mystery yet to be solved. It is so easy to get things wrong about people's intent in this type of medium.

Wes, you've been through a lot over the past year. I really feel for you because anyone who has faced or been around someone who has looked death in the eye knows that it is hell. You're one of the lucky ones. You're still around to raise hell with a postal worker or whoever you want if that's what makes you feel better or in some way validated.

Maybe I got it wrong, but you showed everyone here that you are as vulnerable as any of us. Shit can take you down, as it can anyone. It took a little while, but you rose above those low points and became the champion once again. That's really what being the tough guy is all about and you are the much tougher than a lot of other people.

You seem to have had a recent burst of anger. Only you know where that's coming from and why. I just hope that everything is okay with you. You are so much better than some idiot postal worker or annoying driver. Embrace that knowledge and don't let trivial things bring you down.

Kindness is a virtue. It's not important if strangers mistake it for weakness. You know you are not weak. You possess the confidence to get you through those annoying moments and not really give a crap what others think.

Okay. Carry on. This is my lesson of the day. Now, if I could just learn to practice what I preach....right?
