If you are talking about those videos explaining how the voting machines were used to steal the election, then I admit that they are too technical for me to make anything out of them. However, I haven't seen anyone of note claim they have the smoking gun, the one piece of evidence that absolutely proves it, without reasonable doubt. And I believe that there are tons of people who would love to get the fame of being instrumental in exposing the whole thing. Even within mainstream or leftist media! There still are thought criminals all over the place.
I know that Sydney Powell was an absolute crank, a crazy woman. She was dropped by Trump's team because she was full of it. There was no kraken.
This Time article talks about "legal" strategies to unseat Trump. That's why posters here say you didn't understand the article. I'm a bit more on your side, they employed all sorts of questionable strategies and alliances to get their result. Controlling the flow of information might be seen as illegal in some instances, it all depends on the political will.
TPTB cry about internet censorship in China, Maynmar, Uganda, Russia etc, but see no problem with censorship in the US. Even censoring the president, which is insane.
