im not sayin he did or didnt, but "he said he didnt in flex so thats good enough for me" is a very dumb thing to say. So someone is gonna admit while they are still competing that they have used and/or use synthol. give me a break. thats the same magazing wehre arnold, or supposedly arnold, writes stuff about how drugs are bad for BB etc. give me a break

It's clear from the Darrem-Ruhl comparison that Markus' biceps are shaped the way they are from genetics and hard work in the gym - not synthol. That's the point and it makes perfect sense.
